Prices fluctuate according to the number of guests, availability and seasonal demand. Please note that the owner lives on premises and there is no use of the kitchen. Breakfast is available when you reserve this option.

★★★★★

“Our 1st venture since the pandemic started. We were reassured by the precautions Cathy had in place. The inn is located just outside Watkins Glen, making it an ideal location for exploring both the Seneca and Keuka Lake wine trails. We brought our bikes and enjoyed exploring the quiet country roads as well as the nearby 12-mile Catherine Valley rail trail. The Corning Museum of Glass is less than an hour away. There are many roadside farm stands in the area. Our room was comfortable and quiet, and had a large walk-in closet as well as a small fridge. Cathy served a generous and delicious breakfast each morning and the weather was nice enough for us to eat outside on her tranquil porch with a view of her lovely garden.”

★★★★★

“As soon as I approached the stunning garden angel and lovely front gardens, I knew I would be at home. My room was beautifully decorated and clean, as was the bathroom. Cathy was extremely welcoming and was very knowledgeable about the local activities. The area is filled with excellent restaurants and farm fresh food stands that are a must to visit. Waterfalls and vineyards are abundant throughout the region. I was 100% satisfied and will highly recommend this B&B to my friends and family.”
