It has been determined by the New York State Health Department that we have accomplished a seventy percent vaccinated population which indicates a herd immunity. Travelers coming here from outside of the state should check their own state’s precautionary measures at this time.
At this time, we ask that if you are NOT vaccinated, you wear a mask in common areas of the house when you are not at least a SIX foot distance from others who are not traveling with you or your group. Actually, the Starkey House naturally offers comfortable and safe features such as breezy open, but covered porches for breakfast and an overall spacious, country atmosphere. So, the likelihood of uncomfortable situations is almost negligible.
I hope this makes you feel comfortable and welcomed! We assure you that your room is spotlessly clean and that our service will be what you expect.
